Yet another terrible experience trying to place an order with American Golf. Once again, the items on my order which are ?in stock? at the time of ordering are once again unavailable on the day of dispatch, and I now have to wait for a refund - which I had to chase up last time as they didn?t bother to process it. It makes ordering from them a total waste of time when your orders are cancelled due to ?insufficient stock?. Don?t bother with this unreliable company - save your time and effort and find a more reliable alternative.

I ordered a club and chose collection from a local store. I had a great experience and the text with my tracking number was quick to come through. I received an alert when it had reached the store and the staff were fab with me.

Beware of what appears to be a regular excuse of there is a ?technical glitch?. Ordered an item for Xmas present at start of Dec, only delivered the £2.99 item and the gilet after 10days nowhere to be seen. I got no response to my email to customer services to chase an update. I called a branch who gave me a contact number only to be told the stock is not live, so you can order and pay for items that are not actually in stock. They then cancelled my order but couldn?t let me know via email or even refund my money automatically because of the ?technical glitch?. They rely on you tracking them down to get your money refunded? beware as other reviews show the same excuse over and over year ago.

American Golf warehouse is a shambles. I returned 2 items to them by signed for delivery. They signed for them and then said they had not received them. When you ring Customer Services they are totally patronising to the point of arrogance. I buy a lot of golf equipment but will never use American Golf again the company is a shambles.

Unable to call American golf in person, putter box camera damaged and wasn?t going to take the chance of the putter being damaged so returned it in store after trying 100?s of times to call.

Poor service from start to finish!!
Purchased an electric trolley and expected next day delivery as per American Golf website page. Took time off work and waited all day to be told (when I contacted them ) it wouldn?t be arriving - no curtesy email explaining this. Did however receive an email explaining one of the free items was out of stock, but again no explanation as to if/ when I could expect a replacement so I cancelled the order. Big mistake!! I waited the full 5 working days for the refund but nothing arrived. Again I had to do the contacting to be told it would be a further 3-5 working days for finance to process it manually. To me this was a large sum I needed by into my account. A dreadful experience from start to finish!!

Sorry for the inconvenience, and understand your point, but nothing we can do.Cannot replace or provide I spike in a shoe worn only once, as they don't guarantee them, but non of their literature or Web site mentions this.Complete arrogance.

The epitomy of ineptness.Order one -incorrect post code on their system for delivery to local AG.Order delayed by 3 days . NO COMPENSATION OFFEREDOrder 2 - 4 items ordered- simple order 2 of each - only one of each showed up. American Golf - placed order for 3 items and payed for next day delivery.Waited patiently, 3 days later 1 of the items arrive with no sign or communication of where the 2 remaining higher value items are.I try contacting them with joy, leave online requests with no response.A week later I call and the customer service is very questionable and that is me being polite on the subject.The response I get is we do not know where your order is can we get back to you. I ask when that might be and I get a ?.. maybe later today which I felt was a response just to get me off the phone.I ask if I can cancel and get a full refund?. Long silence sure no problem.Can I get a call reference or email for this as how do I know when that?s processed?.. long silence?.. I?ll email you by the end of the day.Honestly this isn?t the first time I?ve ordered from this place, every time I do it?s always a nightmare service and always an issue.Never again will I waste my time with such a shambles of a company.I?ll stick with my local pro shop

Customer Services have closed all their lines. I ordered an online voucher which I never received apparently due to a technical glitch. I've asked for my order to be cancelled and for a refund to be generated. I asked for an email confirmation of this. Nothing! Now they have shut their phone lines to all customers.

Do not expect next day delivery if its not in stock in the store don't order......they take the payment and sit on the order...uou could wait weeks for a few golf balls....
