Yet another terrible experience trying to place an order with American Golf. Once again, the items on my order which are “in stock” at the time of ordering are once again unavailable on the day of dispatch, and I now have to wait for a refund - which I had to chase up last time as they didn’t bother to process it....

I ordered a club and chose collection from a local store. I had a great experience and the text with my tracking number was quick to come through. I received an alert when it had reached the store and the staff were fab with me.
