The staff are well drilled and organised. On busy days, the service station building is completely inadequate for the number of people, you can barely move around, it could do with being made significantly bigger, as it results in people hanging around the coaches and getting in the way of the staff trying to move cases around.

Great company. Realistically priced holidays. Feeder coaches pick up around the region and tramsport customers to Burton Wood Interchange. If you prefer as I do you can drive yourself to Burton Wood and leave your car there ( parking charges apply) ready for your return !

Very crowded due to the Alfa Coach interchange. Staff coping as best they could with the influx of passengers from approximately 10 coachloads all arriving at the same time.
