Alison?s Country Kitchen in Tattenhall privided us with a lovely buffet on Saturday night. All guests remarked on how delicious it was. I was able to leave everything in the containers provided too, no need to present it in serving dishes etc, just let the food speak for itself. Lovely!

This is my favourite stop when cycling. The food - savouries, sweets and cakes - seem to be cooked from the heart, the owner is one of the most welcoming people you could hope to meet and the service is so good it?s off the scale. I sat in the front garden today for a change, basking in the sun, chatting to other customers. It?s so much more than just a coffee shop (but the coffee is great, too!).

Lovely salad, but instead of nice Cheshire cheese advertised on the menu, got a pile of generic grated orange cheddar, the kind of thing you'd cook with. Mentioned it to staff who said "Sorry".

Alison recently catered for our wedding, the food was amazing! Everything was perfect for our day and we cannot express how pleased we are with Alison and what she did for us. We had so much great feedback from our guests and at such good value for money. We?ll never use anyone else!
