My car suddenly felt strange to drive on my way to work and I found that I had a huge nail in my tyre. After speaking to Shelton Motor Services, Tracey really helped me to calm down and I was told I could bring the car to the garage as soon as the breakdown company would.As an anxiety sufferer in a town I wasn't familiar with, I was really overwhelmed but she was super helpful and the lad that looked at my car was very friendly too.I would highly recommend.Thank you!

I was in a dilemma with my wheel/tyre due to pot hole damage and had to find a garage closest to me, fortunately it was this one! Lovely, friendly and got me back on the road again with my spare wheel. And.. also wouldn't take any money. How kind! Thank you so much!!

Excellent service!
My uncle usually helps with all my car issues but he was ill and I had a puncture which I noticed on the school run, I was heading to Macclesfield and needed urgent help, we contacted Tracy and she was a star helping to get our car in straight away. I can?t thank you all enough ? made a stressful morning a lot easier. I?ve already told several people how fantastic the customer service is :) thank you!

Car wouldn't start, called the garage and they said they would come round that day to assess. Came early PM and discovered it had a flat battery. Got it started and took it back to the garage for me, fixed the next day. Faultless service and fair price too. Booked in for service and MOT straight away

Used for a service. Very professional and being a woman my own, they recommended what type of service I needed and charged me for only work done and was very pleased as some other garages could take advantage of me not knowing what was needed and charge me more.
