Standard stuff for WHS. I've been using the postage lockers which are convenient. The young man who has long hair (recently cut lol) is so friendly and helpful he's a credit to this store ?

The staff here are great. There is a great selection of books for all ages. And it is also handy if you need a chocolate fix or a bottle of pop.

I visited this shop hoping to buy some new dictionaries and I was surprised at how much they had in stock for such a small looking shop. The staff were sent of the most friendly people who showed me what I wanted and were very polite and welcoming.

When I was in there were a few customers waiting to use the self serve till. I wanted stamps and had to wonder about for a while to find a staff member. Only one guy seemed to be working there and he was on the phone, sounded like he was speaking to another store as he was talking about when/where he was working. No customer service, not at all convenient to use and wouldn't recommend or shop there again.

This store has a friendly atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. The staff are helpful. Its ground level so access for wheelchairs is OK. Automatic doors. Its worth a look around.

Very small place, not much variety but ok for the basic WHSmiths things I suppose
