Staff did not communicate well, I'm disabled and had to keep asking questions, as they weren't saying anything. At how expensive it is, the presentation of food and drinks could be so much better. Staff stood behind me clinking glasses while I had a migraine and was enjoying the peaceful moment. Then I found out they don't do take away cups. As a disabled person, I often struggle to drink the whole drink in one, I also struggle to hold up heavy cups. I'd like to know why this is not an option.

Cafe worker. Rude. No manners. Daughter had put 3 items and receipt on table. Cafe worker said you carnt eat that in here. We didn?t intend to. She had no customer care. Staff should learn not to say what they are thinking but to carry on with there job. If we had ate what was on the table that?s different but this lady should go on a customer care course.

Very friendly staff with a great food menu and amazing selection of cakes and pastries to choose from. We had a freshly prepared chicken baguette and soup and roll which were both very tasty and great value. We will definitely visit again.

AS visiting needed to call in for some supplies and took advantage of the Cafe, very busy and need to be a bit more cheerful.

Contrary to other rather negative reviews, I would praise Waitrose Sandbach cafe in all areas - helpful, friendly staff, clean tables, good general cafe food and pleasant modern decor. I visit weekly, so I would definitely know if standards have dropped. Thanks Waitrose from a very satisfied customer!

Cost 3.75 for that? was nothing to it overcooked and dry ? has a nice seating area tho The staff also seemed rushed and stressed n not that friendly

cafe nice and clean, food very nice, but very limited menu. can seat hubby and nip into store while waiting for food to come to table.

Expensive and inferior. Why do you have to add 10 or 20 pence onto every item over and above other supermarkets?Where has the quality gone? Expensive, wilted vegetables and fruit. And why are the shelves empty on Saturday morning? You know this is a busy time so order stock to prepare.

Great selection, clean store, wide aisles, nice and cold... But forced to print out my own labels for loose veg at the self checkout.\\n\\nThis is inefficient, unnecessary, and wastes paper and electricity by having a separate machine. Checkout machines can have the same functionality built in and don't require you print stuff. Disappointing approach from an otherwise good shop :D

Very disappointed with Waitros food\\nDid shoping yesterday night\\nAnd food its all ready rotten\\nSpend £300 on rotten\\nThere was few more thing but i have towed away\\nDidn't think of posting reviews\\nBut i keep finding more and more rotten\\nNot worth shoping in waitros\\nVery disappointed cant even take back staff coz i dont live localy and here we dont have waitros the closest 1 is 40 mins drive
