Excellent service and communications with the Flower Shop. I sourced this shop as it was based in the area of the recipient. I purchase flowers by ordering online at 1.45pm when I saw that they would be able to deliver if ordered before 2.00pm that day. And this was a Saturday. I would have been delighted if it could have been deliverer by Monday but true to their t&cs it was delivered a few hours later! As with online orders sometimes the button gets pressed before double checking so I rang to confirm that my message was correct. It was marvellous that they answered the phone on a Saturday and I spoke to a friendly advisor who reassured me by going through the order with her. Top marks Flower Shop. Brilliant, rang from Sandbach Cheshire, to ask if they could deliver fresh cakes the next day, together with a present, to a friend in Wrexham. They did just that.Very friendly and professional phone conversation with the young lady, and very helpful. Will definitely be using again. Thank you.

Ordered some flowers for a dear friend who lives in Sandbach. The tied flower arrangement was in pinks and white. The whole arrangement was beautiful, the roses were large and fresh. Delivered quite quickly too from ordering over the phone. Very pleased.

I just wanted to say a big thank-you for the beautiful flower arrangement you provided for my mother's funeral on Thursday 6th January. You had warned us when we ordered that you may have a limited choice of blooms, with the funeral being so soon after New Year, but I have to say you excelled our expectations and delivered the perfect combination of spring flowers in the colours that we asked for. We received a fantastic service from Louise and the team at The Flower Shop when arranging flowers for our Dad?s funeral.The arrangement that they designed was beautiful, they really listened to our ideas and understood what we were looking for. The hand tied bouquet was lovely how ever not happy with the time it was delivered, placed the order and paid for it 9 days before delivery date only to have them delivered just before 6pm on the day of my aunt's birthday.

Lovely bouquet of flowers.No 5 stars because the staff in the shop made me feel unwelcome and one of the assistants made me feel like an inconvenience that they wanted to get rid of as quickly as possible..Poor people skills shame because the flowers were excellent.
