A new customer, let down. My Mum had been looking forward to her gel nail appointment ahead of a birthday celebration. She arrived for her appointment at 9am last Thursday to find the salon closed. She waited and as no-one arrived, she walked into town and then back to allow for staff to arrive and any delays. On returning to the salon she met a lady at the door holding a dog who Mum took to be the owner, but she didn?t introduce herself. Mum explained she?d been waiting for her 9am appointment to be told by the lady that she?d been stuck in traffic and could no longer accommodate the appointment. She said it would leave her schedule late for the rest of the day. My Mum was disappointed and was told to go to a nail bar on Congleton Road to see if they could accommodate her. The booking made at a beauticians rather than a nail bar was to ensure Mum enjoyed a special, pampering experience which sometimes only a beauticians can offer. Sadly, on this occasion Sorelle Beauty didn?t deliver. I called the salon on my Mum?s behalf to discuss her treatment, left a voicemail and didn?t receive a call back. Given previous positive reviews I hope the situation was a one-off, but not having the chance to discuss, I?m not confident this won?t happen again.

I started laser hair removal treatment with Pattie in April 2023 for underarm, bikini line and legs and I am so pleased with the results. I now have a maintenance session if needed booked in for September due to the brilliant results I have had.Pattie knows her stuff and offers her expert advice on laser treatments.I found this the best local salon offering laser hair removal treatment and I would not hesitate to recommend Sorelle to anybody else wanting this type of treatment.Laser is so much better than waxing which prior to laser I had always had for nearly 30 years.
