Terrible customer service. They are so rude. It was my second time going and I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but I left feeling so upset and disrespected. I accidentally smudged the nail varnish on the UV light and the man just went ?whyyy? like I did it on purpose. They surely can?t expect people to tip them when they are this awful. I also asked him to trim my cuticles and he said no they don?t do that even though the woman did it for me last time without me even having to ask never going back there. You?re paying for a service and they just don?t treat you with care or respect. If I could give 0 stars I would. Here is a photo of my awful cuticles.Service: Nail extensions

Booked a pedicure for my gf this morning. Terrible result. Shape & paint finish awful. Never again. I don?t think the guy has any artistic skills. Even I can see it?s a bad job. I called them & was told ?no refunds, you come in & we?ll fix it?. No thanks. We?ll find somewhere elseService: Pedicure

Absolutely disgraceful. They?ve ruined my nails. The male owner is SO rude. Everyone in the salon was in there well over 2 hours and most people waiting an hour just to be seen. The quality of the nails are so bad. Never using this cheap salon again. Please avoid at all costs.Services: Pedicure

i first showed the design i wanted ( a simple nude with one small black line) and i asked how much it would be as i only had £40 cash and they said they would tell me after they had finished. they looked okay but they didn?t do a great job (messy lines and no prep , didn?t even touch my cuticles) then i went to pay and they said £45 even tho i told them i only had £40 so i could of gotten something cheaper if need be. i explained i had no way of getting cash and they were very rude , i ended up doing a bank transfer for the extra £5. overall the nails weren?t great and the staff were very rude aswell as the nails being way to overpriced. wont be going back.Thanks for your reply but my mum was talking about my sister getting infills not me which is what i said yesterday. i was not getting infills and don?t worry i will be going somewhere else.Service: Dip powder

I went with my sister-in-law to have our nails done, she'd never had them done before so we we're excited. We had a 3pm appointment and we we're not seen until 4:15pm and we left just after 5:15pm. After a long wait (we would have gone if we weren't together), we were seen to. My nails was done by a man who didn't speak at all to me, he kept yanking my hands and fingers trying to move them around for application but did it aggressively so. He started my nails wearing a mask and coughing and then half way through he took it off and was coughing on my hands. The guy that took over my polish application seemed more knowledgeable and advanced, he tried to make a small effort with conversation too. It is down to his skill and apology of it taking so long and them being understaffed to why I have given 2 stars and not 1. They cut corners like not pushing the cuticles back and trimming them or even applying cuticle oil or moisturiser when we were finished. They didn't even shape my sisters nails before applying her nail art. It was overpriced for the service we received. Won't be going back.Service: Manicure

Been calling here for gel nails last couple of years now. So much choice on colours. Friendly staff who yes, do chat with each other but I don't mind that. In, out, done. Suits me fine on my lunch hour as time limited.

2 nails broke day after having them done. Nail tips put on that were not wide enough then built up with acrylic round sides? Never seen that done before and I?ve been having my nails done for years!! Acrylic all over skin and not finished properly so rest are lifting now. Waste of money. Before you reply, I?ll happily be going somewhere else from now on.
