Would not normally review a post office branch but there is a sign in Sandbach asking me to. One star due to poor customer skills from the lady who wears glasses that Deidre Barlow would not have said no to. I was queuing she served the person in front of me so I moved to the counter whereby she completely ignored me and started tidying up without apologising or explaining why she had stopped serving. I waited until her colleague with blonde hair was free. This lady was very pleasant. You ask for a review so should not be surprised that it is not a good one.

Having seen the old, critical reviews, I must say a big thank you for the really pleasant and efficient service I received at Sandbach PO when I collected my foreign currency. The young woman who served me was a delight to talk to during the transaction and brightened my day. I thanked her personally and am pleased to put it in writing. Thank you.

I always find the staff quite abrupt but this morning the young girl who served me was so rude that it actually quite upset me. No customer service or even any manners.

I went to renew my photo driving licence ? really helpful lady, so pleasant and a fantastic service. Fabulous selection of greeting cards etc. brilliant service. Thank you!

I've been to the Post Office twice this week and the clerk (a young blonde lady) seems to hate her job. Her customer service is extremely poor! In addition to responding arrogantly, there is no ?thank you?, ?good morning?, ?sorry?, ?please? in her vocabulary, which is a bit shocking for me considering the customer service in the area. She simply provides the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SANDBACH!!!

No customer service! One particular member of staff in sandbach many customers left the post office making remarks suck as ?wow she loves her job? (sarcastic)?A smile would have survive?I asked a question and the response was put across in a very rude way as if I should already know the answer well I wouldn?t have asked if I knew!!!Shocking service if you don?t like your job go and work somewhere else!!!!!!
