“We’ve just completed the Cheshire Ring on a narrow boat and the Cheshire Cheese was the number one place to dine for atmosphere, great food and tremendous value at less than £20 for 2 mains (we had the lovely chicken korma) and 2 drinks including a good large Cabernet Sauvignon. It was quiz night but the pub was full long in advance. Unbelievable really good my number one dining experience of the trip.”
