Went into the branch as had some problems printing off my statements for tax purposes. Although we have an online account on this occasion Sharon sorted the problem for us. I know that they were short staffed so would like to thank Sharon for her help.

Always very pleasant and courteous my only problem is parking, because l have problems with mobility but l park in the alley way at the back of the crown l am notsure if this is legal but their is a garage at the back of the crown !

Why is the ATM at this branch always out of action at the weekend. I ended up having to deposit a cheque at the Newcastle under Lyme branch which is always working. Not good Nationwide!

The branch is always open even on a Saturday till 12.00, clean, facilities polite staff nothing is to much trouble, even when I forgot my pin number for the cash machine they were able to sort it out for me, I feel totally at ease as a customer and I'm happy to bank here.
