I went into the store around noon on 16 Dec (Saturday) to get a refund/replacement for a broken Air Fryer that I'd bought from Iceland a few weeks ago.The lady manager that helped me was great, sorted the issue out quickly and got me a replacement. It was an online order that was fulfilled by the Sandbach store (which I didn't realise) and it'd been a difficult couple of weeks of to and fro online with Iceland customer support to get to this point, so I was expecting that it's not going to be straightforward but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service in the store, much appreciated!

Iceland was supposed to deliver much needed food supplies between 2pm & 5pm.They never turned up, not impressed .shabby, unprofessional. When I find whether they have took my money, I will not use their services again.
