The last two times I?ve ordered the same thing has happened. Driver gets lost, doesn?t tell anyone then we are left waiting. Both times waited more than an hour. This time the food got here after an hour, stone cold, and not so much as an apology from the store. Also told if there were to send new food it would be another 30-45 minutes. Awful customer service

The person who made my pizza was an artist ! We ordered online and our pizzas and 2 sides were ready in 15 minutes. Friendly staff, pickup was good .

I've completely gone off Dominos now due to the fact they don't like to put toppings on certain slices of your pizza. This has happened a few times now and it's annoying me. I don't appreciate just cheese on at least 4 of my slices when I've ordered a pizza with multiple toppings. Don't pay extra for toppings because guess what you don't even get them because they scrimp on the toppings. We ordered 4 pizzas and 2 of the pizzas had hardly any toppings on and the other 2 were great. I will be putting in a complaint because if I would like just a cheese pizza I will buy it! But no I ordered a pizza with multiple toppings and got scraps.Absolute rubbish especially for the price you pay and they give slices with just cheese and the sauce.

Normally I receive good service from this store with it being my local store. But tonight was a completely different service that I received. By the sounds of it their coupon service that they have in place has an out of sight policy! Once you?re out of sight it expires. Their store manager (Anna) was just utterly disrespectful and rude on the phone. She wouldn?t give me their head offices number for me to contact them which I think is outrageous.
