Went to the on the hill store 3 weeks ago at 0630 and it was open same as a few weeks before this but this morning it was closed even though the sign on the door states it opens at 0600. Do they pick and choose when they open??

I went in the store and found several promotion in the way when walking around and the shop floor was wet and I nearly slipped over, when I approached a member off staff they did not seem to care and carried on talking to his colleague, very disappointing will not use again.

Turned up 6.45 shop still closed. The door sign and web says 6am open- no it's still closed.

Staff or really good and help me a lot has I am in a wheelchair also they always have what I want in the store
