I have severe ADHD and remembering to put in my repeat prescription was almost impossible, I?d remember and then get distracted and the cycle would repeat each morning until I ran out of my tablets that I needed in order to breathe! This was a massive issue - Chemist counter direct have changed everything for me- they assist with my disability and as as result I can have better medicine concordance and improvement with my breathing issues! Paul is fantastic as are all the other staff! I can?t thank them enough

Sent the wrong medication and was overcharged. I then contacted via email to get the issue fixed. Didn?t even get a response. Pathetic service

Just used the pharmacy first service for a minor ailment. Had a consultation with the pharmacist this morning and my prescription was delivered this afternoon. First class service, I would highly recommend Chemist Counter Direct.

No communication, no order delivered, no answer to customer service phone calls. If you want to order something from here which you *need* rather than *want* try elsewhere, because you will be let down.

Incorrect type of Solpadeine sent to me. Message sent to them on 24January2021 via their own site contact page. NO reply. Telephoned and had message that they are not taking telephone calls. tried email but that was rejected by "Demon". Sorry but I still expect a replacement product.
