Poor service from the pharmacy refused to sort a prescription. Went to Well Pharmacy on the commons and they sorted it in less than 10 mins.

Wendy and the team at the Boots Pharmacy in Sandbach were brilliant today, helping me get medicine for my daughter when it was out of stock everywhere. When the prescription from the Dr turned out to be incorrect they took forward resolving with the GP, so I could take my little one home to rest only contacting me when it was ready to collect. Thanks again made the world of difference

I went the 7th of August with several thoughts regarding my issue a bit personal the pharmacist has been very professional supportive she didn't let me feel judged and explain everything with great passion. People like her should be an example to their colleagues that non even look you in the eyes.

The staff don't acknowledge you and I felt like they didn't want to even serve at the till. It's a very messy store.

Went in to get eye drops for my conjunctivitis. Pharmacist was stocking shelves and completely ignored the two people waiting to be served, she must have seen us. When I worked in retail it was always the case that you served customers first then did your other work. Will not be going back
