“This is a very busy well used bank and there is typically a queue. However, I've never had a problem with it as the cashiers have always been quick, efficient and polite. My only issue are the steps into the building which make access very difficult for those who find steps an access barrier. In the past I have assisted people with walking frames and push chairs to leave the building.”

“Went into the branch as had some problems printing off my statements for tax purposes. Although we have an online account on this occasion Sharon sorted the problem for us. I know that they were short staffed so would like to thank Sharon for her help.”
