Very rude lady , made you feel that you were a nuisance, asked if things were new with reciepts and if I did gift aid which I don't, need more customer service skills , won't be taking anything there any time soon .

Staff are quite unpleasant and have been seen to act as though it is a nuisance to accept donations from customers. Such a shame!

Such a lovely people's working there, so kind and caring I really enjoying going there always organised nice a clean easy to walk around the shop.
