Does your phone ever get answered?

My partner and I regularly que at the Grangeway shop for our medication I have been in the queue for over an hour before despite ordering 2 weeks in advance.
What make me so angry is when the local junkies turn up and get seen straight away refusing to join the queue and threatening people who tell them to wait their turn. Why should people who are genuinely ill have to wait outside while the dross with self inflicted addictions get priority.
I am totally disappointed that this once excellent Pharmacy has degenerated to this.

They are nice and friendly local chemists. But, it takes too long to deal with individual customers. 10-20 min per person and 10-20 person line, standing in the cold too. There is no point being upset or angry or rude to staff, it would just be nice if the lines could move a lot faster.

They didn't deliver my order and when I went to the shop it was closed.There was one male staff who refused to open the door or give me my prescription which was overdue. I missed taken my medicine because I ran out of them.they also never answered the phone despite me ringing 26 times over a period of 7 hours

Staff are over worked because of lack of support from government. None of the problems that occur are through fault on the staff . They work hard to try and solve these problems but still get abuse from customers . I appreciate their efforts

I visited the pharmacy with my children yesterday (late afternoon) after speaking with our GP who sent a referral for my daughter to to be assessed for a possible ear infection. The male pharmacist we saw was blunt, lacked any type of empathy for my daughter and told me without even looking in her ear that it was viral. He gave me the impression that us being there was a total inconvenience. Well he quickly looked in her ear and declared viral despite the fact I told him I was concerned that I was unable to control her fever with calpol and neurofen. we took my daughter first thing to the walk in centre who confirmed it is actually an infection and couldn?t believe we were told otherwise and it now on antibiotics. Up until this point my daughter had been up crying all night with a raging fever and was grey In colour. I have completely lost faith in this pharmacy and will not be returning which is a shame because the women who work behind the counter are lovely. The pharmacist here lacks social skills I recommend going elsewhere for advice.

I swear to god this pharmacy needs a slap!! It has to be the worst in Runcorn?avoid well pharmacy grangeway?been ringing since half 1 this afternoon?62 bloody phone calls and only just after reading reviews I?ve realised they?ve taken the phone off the hook or on silent!! Go to your local pharmacy for help doctors tell you?not this pharmacy?you?ll die first?they don?t even wanna deal with phone calls?it needs shutting down or someone to take over it that can do a better job!! I now have to get a family member to go down and get my prescription as I can?t get out?and it won?t be ready and probably tell them it will be Monday when I need it asap cause god forbid they can answer the phone and enquiries?absolutely hopeless!! ?

62 phone calls yesterday no answer?.99 this morning since opening and nothing?they?ve put the phone on silent?it?s an absolute joke and it takes a week to get a prescription?this shop needs looking at!!

The staff are useless !!!it?s pointless ringing as the phone is on silent in the store so they can easily ignore it so don?t waste your time and if you do turn up they tell you the prescription isn?t readyThe staff are too busy in the back having personal conversation to help people, disgraceful

This place is an absolute joke, calling over 40 times to get through, takes 3 days for meds then to top it off they mess up medication, AVOID this place, the staff are lazy
