Staff are always very helpful, patient and absolutely lovely but could do with extra help some days as it gets very busy and is only a tiny place, managers need to help them out by hiring more staff.

Having seen previous reviews just felt the need to review. This is the best pharmacy in Runcorn the girls who work here are always willing to go the extra mile, never had a problem but then again I?m not rude. Yes they?re busy, yes the queues can be out the door but I can honestly say I?ve never had an issue with the staff, if I?ve ever had a problem It?s been dealt with efficiently and with good humour.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of being in. I've been chronically ill most my life and therefore been in my fair share of pharmacies, and this by far takes number 1 spot for being the worst. Firstly the way its set out is not disability or elderly friendly. The main problem is the staff, they're rude, slow, and lack any people skills or even empathy. I struggle to understand how whoever runs this place doesn't see these reviews and hear the constant complaints and thinks these employees have their business's and customers best interests at heart. I've never seen so many people in the back of a pharmacy doing so little. Not to mention expecting vulnerable, disabled and elderly people to stand in a queue (that's usually out the door) for over 30 minutes before even being spoke to by a staff member. Will never use again will tell people to avoid at all costs.

Ordered my prescription 9 days ago. Waited 45 minutes to be told it wasn't ready come back Monday afternoon and hopefully it will be there !!!!!

I do not have regular medication but I am asked to call in here on a fairly regular basis to pick up medication for others.
I have never had bad service here.
yes sometimes the pick up is delayed due to big queues or misplaced items.
yes the staff don't have big smiles, aren't bouncing around telling jokes, throwing custard pies and whipping out a ukulele to rip out there rendition of knees up mother brown.
I suspect the reason the staff look flustered, tired and down beat is due to the constant whining, whinging and grumpy patrons.
I have never been in this place without hearing someone in the queue grumbling, moaning, crying, feeling sorry for themselves.
Even when there is not much of a queue these grumpy sad whining individuals always seem to be here.
I'm not sure if the management employ these queue grumblers to give the shop shade from the gloom cloud they produce or it's a competition to find the most Inane reason to complain but if it's the latter could someone give me the heads up I'll give it a go next time I'm here to see if I win a prize.
Please ignore the bad reviews, if these reviewers won the lottery it wouldn't be enough.

Been getting repeat prescription for 3 months turned up today to be told go to your doctors we dont know nothing about it. (Heart attack tablets) spoke to like a child. Useless staff and useless service !

There are much better pharmacies than this one. That is considerate of disabilities because these aren't.
You can do scripts online with no fee. But I should be able to go anywhere.

I?ve just changed my nominated pharmacy for prescriptions because of the terrible customer service here. I know they are busy, but some of the staff are curt, patronising and rude, seeming to enjoy the power they have to issue medications. It?s now not possible to chase a prescription over the phone: they have an SMS service to notify.
