Awful customer service, staff are all so rude had numerous occasions of this. Poor poor service. Never post parcels because its an inconvenience for them. Do not recommend

Sells out of date chocolate. I purchased a box of chocolates which where out of date last year. I won't be back.

I had a terrible experience trying to send a parcel with Yodel. I went to a petrol station that offers their drop-off service, but the cashier was loudly talking on the phone in his own language. He waved me aside, indicating that I should wait while he served customers who were refueling. After they all left, instead of assisting me, he just sat down and started eating a chocolate bar, completely ignoring the fact that I was still waiting.
When I finally pointed this out, he reluctantly came over but was unable to scan my parcel?s code. In the end, I couldn?t send my package at all. It was a complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience. Absolutely awful service!

Crazily expensive fuel compared to other NW outlets, including other shell stations. The shops ok. £1 for air is common now, and since correct tyre pressures are a safety requirement, why not make air and water for that matter free for customers; rip off.

Avoid this place if you need cheap tobacco, charging £20.40 for a 30g of gold leaf! Was £17 last week. Would rather walk to the texaco in the oldtown and get better customer service than go to this scam of a place!
