Poundland gets its name from selling items for one pound with the slogan, 'Yes, everything's a pound'. Seems it's not the case anymore. It was a very wide variety of products, household items, toiletries, food, drinks, confectionery, medication, detergents, seasonal items for events, car items, do it yourself, school items, some clothing and stuff for the smokers, fridge stuff and the meal deal on offer. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Called in here today for a few items ? well stocked and very tidy indeed . Helpful friendly staff especially a lady called Carrie-Ann What a lovely customer facing person to have serving you. She was extremely nice and even offered to pack my bag for me. Very polite and a credit to your company Please let her know as I think fantastic service should be recognised with all the negativity these days
