Said online post office open until 1800hrs Saturday went at 1530hrs and told not open to post parcels until Monday 0930hrs .. need to update information online to stop customers wasting their time!

If I could give 0 stars I would, travelled in a taxi there and back with parcels on the 16th December, last posting day and they wouldn't take my parcels, this was at 2pm, no wonder this company is going bust, the staff just don't care about customer service at all, go to another post office avoid this one

The post office times are not on here. The available times are for the general store.They need to add the post office as a separate store for customer clarity.

Ok it can get busy. But you're guaranteed a high level of service. It's amazing the things you can do at the counter, including banking even from another bank. Staff make massive effort to make you feel welcome and will always offer/advise you the best service for you to take advantage of when using postal services. Other than the Chemist, this post office is the most vital service we have sat between the areas major estates including 4 new major developments.
