Having experienced scissor happy hairdressers too many times I haven't been to a salon in years. Was very anxious but was put at ease very quickly by Sophie who listened, reassured then cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. If anything it felt longer afterwards. Very VERY happy. WILL use again.
