Ordered a delivery through a 3rd party. So part of the blame lies with the delivery company. But upon arrival the food was cold and stale. No condiments or straws were provided. The frozen strawberry lemonade tasted so unbelievably sweet. Wouldn't recommend.

Runcorn has the worst McDonald?s. Ment to be a fast food place. Iv waited up to 2 hours before now. My food always comes cold or missing. Or the ice cream comes melted. I rather get the bus over to Widnes and order from there!! At least I?ll get it faster and it?ll be warm!!!
