Staff shouting at each other, found pieces of hair in my chicken. Also when I opened the bag it looked liked they grabbed the chips and chucked them in. They was all over the bag and gravy was half filled. Shocking service, they shouted my number and I said thank you, no bye no thanks for your order. I just got stared at like I had 10 heads

came at 9pm today, the staff were a laugh and made us feel so welcome, especially the girl on til, made an extra effort to make rice boxes for us even though it was late which we really appreciated. the food itself though was really underwhelming :( chicken was so dry and looked like it had been double fried because of how dark the batter was. and whoever did this mini supercharger wrap has got to be stoned ?

Ordered a oreo crushem and they only told me after i paid that they no longer sold them and then tried pressuring me into swapping it for something else and got annoyed when I demanded a refund.

Extremely dirty place. I got stuck to the floor with a soft drink spill. Tables hadn't been wiped down at all.

Absolutely disgusting.? I have no idea how do you pass the food safety cheeks. I'm not even mentioning the fake advertisement you putting on . All looking good until you receiving your order and looks like they just picked out from the general waste bin. You obviously not meet the food safety criteria in any level. I can't even imagine what's going on behind walls . If you think this is a zinger burger you advertising pls be my guest I would be happy to give it to you for free of charge .

Food was absolutely shocking, service was very poor, greeted with childish mannerisms. Take it or leave it attitudes...
Chicken was dripping in oil, chips portions very small.
Not happy at all with this place happened a few times now so leaving this review unfortunately.

I?ve been to Runcorn KFC several times, and it?s consistently more disappointing than a decaf coffee. The chips are either reheated or undercooked?harder than my love life.
Fancy some fresh lettuce on your burger? Dream on. There?s more mayo in the box than on the bun. Have dietary requirements? So do I, but apparently, they don?t give a cluck. And when they ask you to choose a side, don?t bother?it?s a lucky dip, but without the luck.
The staff? Ruder than a traffic warden at Christmas. This isn?t a one-off; it?s their standard service. Do yourself a favour: drive to KFC Widnes and let?s hope Runcorn KFC gets shut down quicker than a bad joke at a comedy gig.

Food is brill,service is slow but the guy behind the counter serving tonight was lovely he gave me a large drink due to waiting so long and 2 dips.will be back again!! This guy knows his customer service.shame didn't have a name badge :(
