I would not book a holiday anywhere else than Hays Runcorn the staff are brilliant and very friendly just like family they go above and beyond to help you get the best holiday for your needs being disabled this matters a lot to me. Leanne the manager is great.

Worst holiday ever. A 3* hotel pretending to be 4*. Moncort hotel Griego torremolinos.No fridge or minibar or tea making facility. Nowhere to have lunch if you go half board. Was told by Hays that this hotel was on the beach. It is at the top of a hill adjacent to slum flats all round, far too difficultf for us IAPs. Small pool, smaller lifts (6,people). The large Bar salon was never open had to squeeze into a small bar off the large but uninhabited lounges. Cut ny leg open climbing from pool, the rail was loose. Reported it to reception , still broken when we left. Food average. Housemaids very good. A very disappointing experience. Will stay away from Hays TravelBarbara Kewley

Great help on are last minute booking good deal only one problem though it was more for family's were we got.. cala bocsh would of been more ideal for a couples
