I don't know why the stores are so different to the call centers.
The customer service is abysmal,
They are there to make sales and couldn't care less about fixing your phone nor your problems. Too sales driven which creates a very begging and very poor service.
Walked in a few weeks ago telling them I wanted a burner phone as I wanted to get rid of social media, they promised me it didn't have it, after going home, the phone had social media, and also added on another connection for an IPad telling me it was free when it wasn't. Why they tried selling me one anyway knowing I didn't want something that had Internet
They said I couldn't return it as I accepted it in store this was completely and utterly untrue because as soon as I spoke to a higher up manager over the phone they fixed it all for me. And reported the staff members in there.
I went into store today as my bill seemed higher. They were dealing already with other customers which was fine. But you are taught customer service first before you are taught to sell. I received no welcome. I soon left the store.
It's a shame because you would really think the customer service and care would be just as good as it would be from people on the phones. But it's just the complete opposite.
Too sales driven, and no quality of care for customers. I can only imagine how many old people or disabled or vulnerable people they are abusing everyday in that place. It's just a disgrace.

Needed a new phone and contract today, first time I?ve done one myself. Can?t remember the woman?s name who helped me but it was about 3pm today. She was amazing so helpful and patient really made the whole experience easy for me would definitely recommend ee just off this interaction

Went there today and explained our situation whilst a phone was due to go away for a repair and was advised to take out a new contract for a week. Once we pointed out that the week contract would turn into 2 yes the guy became so rude. Swerve this place at all costs they're a rip off.

Visited the Runcorn store to upgrade my phone. I initially dealt with Callum who ordered my phone and sorted my account
The next day, I came to pick up my phone and was told they would do the swap over for me, however it was late in the afternoon and it wasn't completely finished so I agreed to come back the next day to resume the swap. Carl apologised profusely because my WhatsApp was proving difficult to swap over. We agreed that I would come back in today at 12 noon whereupon Carl put my new phone back to factory settings and start the process from the beginning. Carl couldn't have been more helpful and made sure that everything was working correctly and then also swapped my husband phone onto my old phone I can't praise both Carl and Callum for their professionalism and kindness shown to me.

Was pretty good experience (with my wife while she was changing the phone) nice people but you have to keep in mind they are sales people so they have one objective. But that's not too detract from the good experience.. I WILL be returning there, so that is probably the biggest 'take away'..
