Lady who showed me around the house was lovely and managed to fit me in quickly,I wouldn't of got the house if I hadn't got there that Thursday!My solicitor has trouble contacting the sellers solicitor and after I had sent over my mortgage in principle I never heard from them again until they informed me the sellers solicitor had left and my solicitors emails weren't being answered due to this.That was the last I heard,on completion day I couldn't get into the shop so i had to ring the shop to see what was going on,a man came to the door and it felt like I was giving him such a inconvenience,there was no thankyou good luck or anything it felt like I was simply staying in a caravan site for thr week.I was majorly disappointed by this as it was my first home I purchased ?

Despite not being a direct customer with Max and the team (the house that we were buying was on the market with Edwards grounds), the service that we experienced was outstanding. Max gave us lots of useful advice and information to ask from the people buying our house. This helped us choose the offer that was right for us, and wasn?t just based on the highest offer. This made for a simple chain further down the line. We had a number of delays And tight deadlines, meaning at one point the move looked doubtful. However Max and his team chased the necessary individuals, and helped to get this through. We?ve now been in our new home very happily for just over two weeks, and we couldn?t be more thrilled with the place. Thank you very much to everybody involved
