Asda is getting beyond a joke was pushing me shopping around from LIDL in an Asda trolley whilst looking for a certain item I couldn?t find it so I left the trolley locked up on me at the door and I was asked if I had taken out I said no told them to look in the bags and he said it?s ok I have never felt so embarrassed in my life and to be accused of stealing aswell is another thing I will not be coming back to Asda for a while I just don?t get what it is with this world can?t do out without being accused of somet

Awful layout, low stock and rude staff?who don?t listen. Staff need more training on what a 25 year old looks like. I was asked for ID (A 26 year old Female with tattoos, a Mortgage/house and arrived in a car) but have only just moved so my ID is being changed to my new address staff member talked over me didn?t listen to why I didn?t have ID while I spent £180 on a food shop including Christmas dinner. I?m not sure what under 18s spend their money on but a huge shop for 2 and a dog definitely isn?t it. ASDA YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! Absolute joke?train your staff. You have to be 18 to buy alcohol not 25 which I clearly look over the legal age. I would not recommend this over priced, rude and unhelpful staff to spend your hard earned money. P. S thank you for ruining my Christmas meal/drink. I won?t be shopping with you again and I will suggest to others to not when asked.

Lets you select a nice early 7am - 7.30 slot for collection in case you start work at 8am. Problem is the collection point doesn't open till 8am. People get paid to plan this stuff !

Since when does a customer have to wait for a merchandiser to finish stocking shelf before she is able to buy products, being told the person has a limited time to stock the shelf? I have just returned from Asda in Runcorn having been told this, I was told also I was crowding her solace and that she would take the products she was stocking back to the warehouse in order to prevent me buying things? I have shopped almost daily in Asda since it opened, no more, this was the rudest shop worker I have ever come across

This ASDA location was BIG! It looks like a Super Walmart inside. I found more of the hot sauce, tubs if Cadbury and other tempting items. Luckily, I was able to resist and got what I really wanted/needed. I'd be in trouble living nearby because I would probably come daily just to refill my Cadbury stash! The store is well lit and laid out in such a way that you should be able to find what you ate looking for. They have signs above each aisles lie most grocery stores do. I like that the employees are friendly and helpful. You can check out at the self-check out lanes, or have an employee ring you up. It was a great shopping experience here at this bigger ASDA. I'd definitely return!

Getting really frustrated with availability for online orders. Between 2 and 6 substitutes every week for my shopping, and now I've had an Ubereats grocery order where only 4/8 out of my items were available. Not reliable at all, seem to not stock enough of anything anymore. Didn't have this problem with Chester or Ellesmere Port Asda. Would recommend going somewhere else if possible.

Make sure when doing click and collect the dates that are available aren't true. Ordered 3 days ago for today, email says pickup by 1pm. Store now closed and been told give it 48hours.

Your security guard Mark requires some customer service training, arrived to enter Asda Runcorn at 4.20pm today to be told they were shutting and I couldn't go in even though the store is open until 4.30pm, I then walked past someone I knew who entered without being questioned therefore I walked in behind him to be stopped yet again by Mark who asked me why I was going in and what I was getting, I was shocked at how rude he was and why he hadn't questioned anyone else who entered, to publicly embarrass a woman in such a way is completely unacceptable, Mark has no right to ask what I was purchasing, please ensure Mark receives the correct training to ensure this doesn't happen again.
