Really lovely man answered the phone, full of knowledge, which is always a plus in my book, dealt with my query efficiently, professionally & in the most understanding way. Really lovely. My dad is on their contact list now. Only downside is it's going to take a couple of mths which is sad, but at least the ball is rolling. Thank you.

Feel a bit intimated when I go in as the staff stare at you as you look around the shop. Not many childrens clothes out for sale and when they are they are just thrown into a basket
