I recently visited Serenity for a brow treatment with Olivia, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Olivia did an fab job and made my brows look so natural. Not only that, but she was also incredibly efficient, and the treatment took no time at all.The salon itself has such a comfortable and cozy setting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease, and the atmosphere was so de-stressing. It's clear that the team at Serenity goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment for their clients.Overall, my experience at Serenity was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Olivia and the team to anyone looking for top-notch beauty treatments in a relaxing setting. I'll definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!Five stars all around!

Hi. I have to say that I wasn?t too impressed with my nails at this salon. I don?t normally get them done here and only 25 minutes was spent on them which I thought was extremely quick for builder gel nails. Some of the nails are lifting already / cracking and they are a bit see through suggesting only a thin amount of colour on the nail. I think you expect to receive a bit more time and care on the nails given the premium price you are paying - £36! I only got them done on Saturday so this isn?t even a week and I?ve had to apply my own top coat to protect them. This is dissapointing. Sorry to say as I don?t like to complain. Otherwise, the salon is pleasant and the staff are very nice.

My second 20 mins Tri Wave experience was really great. Wonderfully looked after by Karrie with a lovely relaxing shoulder massage while the lights were on. My skin feels great and after my third next week I?m sure I?ll book more. Brilliant advice from Karrie with a lovely caring and professional experience. Highly recommend Serenity. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

I moved to Serenity salon just under a year ago following a friends recommendation, I have been so impressed with their proffessional advise on natural facial ageing treatments.I have just finished my first course of micro needling and IPL laser treatment to remove skin blemishing, amazing results and pain free in a lovely relaxing environment.
