The staff here are brilliant and so helpful. Between my wife and I we have a lot of tablets from them, they always make it easy to get what you want and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot fault any of them!

I hate going in here. Every single member of staff needs training in customer service. They all act like you?re Invisible, are rude and quite clearly would rather not be working, time literally slows down the moment you step in.

Not only have they been a great help for me personally after an issue with my prescription, but they've always been friendly even when people haven't always offered them the same courtesy. I witnessed a sweet older lady ask if they could sort her husbands vaccine in the car as he had mobility issues. The staff were brilliant, told her to wait in the car and said they'd come out and sort both of them in the comfort of the car. It's the little bits of compassion that matter.

Absolutely Appalled with lack of communication with this place I have 2 poorly babies I walk to the chemist and told me the prescriptions won?t ready until the next day after 2 yet again not ready now I have to wait the next day but not Guaranteed absolute joke. The way they speak with lack of understanding the frustration this has happened on more than one occasion! I will definitely be changing doctors and chemist !!
