I found myself in need of an emergency supply of medication amd after a few calls the Well Pharmacy had stock. I went down and they sorted the emergency prescription. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrive two minutes before closing after traveling from college to be refused and told all the computers where of and tills gone.
I only needed half my prescription it was already signed for as you could not fulfil the order.
The doors were not locked! 5:30 means 5:30 not clock of and close down to be out the door at 5:29. how long before where you closing down if you have taken the tills and computer by that time?
When turning around in the car park Dorris was only just locking the back up. Really unprofessional regardless if we were two minutes before closing!

Very poor delivery service! My mother is house bound with dementia. The delivery service will not use the keycode to drop the meds off and yet online food shops will. They would leave her without important medicines rather than open a key box!

Helpful staff, I rang to check if they had an item in stock which they did. Once I'd arrived to collect I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

This is the best well pharmacy in the town they always have whats needed and have never ran out of stock as long as I've used them the staff are friendly and professional.
