Had to wait over an hour for food. Food not hot very disappointing. Carvery kept running out of meat and customers had to wait 10-15 for meat. Spoilt the birthday celebrations and didn?t wait to have dessert.

The food was really tasty. The speed service wasn't too bad seeing it was Mother's Day! The welcome from certain staff left a lot to be desired, verging on rude! Not sure why we were sat in the area full of children when we were 3 adults...very noisy & lots of disruption, so that spoilt the 'relaxing' part of being treated to a meal.
Dietary restrictions: They always ask at time of ordering if there are any dietary requirements
Parking: Only a few disabled spaces but several evps!
Kid-friendliness: Outdoor play area, a little cinema room & things to keep younger children occupied.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entry but main doors are staggered, which could cause some issues. Unsure if other entrances are available but if so not near disabled parking.

Delicious & tasty food, fast and efficient service by staff, staff went above and beyond by catering a dish for me that is only served during the day when they found out about my allergies, very cost-effective food.

Place was clean and not crowded. We went on a Friday night for 5 adults. Easy to order food and drinks. Starters chicken wings, breaded mushrooms and nachos and desserts were good but our mains (steak) was chewy but cheap so I wasn't expecting for it to be a good cut. Friendly staff James amd Kieran and a girl we did not get the name when we went. Overall it was a good experience.
Kid-friendliness: They have a mini outdoor play area for kids and a movie room

No mixed grill available although its a tiny menu and also no sauces AT ALL. Beers are ok although weird glass. Family at the big table obnoxiously loud.??

I had booked a table for my granddaughter and I the table we got was just perfect for my granddaughter as she is autistic and suffers with anxiety badly, so having a table in the corner nice and quiet was a real great start to our Sunday lunch treat.
We both had the carvery and the choice of vegetables was really good. The service was impeccable and I loved how the gentleman serving gave my granddaughter time to answer which meat she wanted as her anxiety gets hightened in those kind of situations it was a lovely experience for her instead of being rushed.
The food was delicious and lovely and hot, if I had to give anything a negative comment it was the gravy but that's just a personal preference it was watery I like thick gravy but that's a personal preference not the establishment.
My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit staff were friendly and tentative and we will definitely visit again with other family members

I would not recommend this pub. The staff working at the bar were talking about inappropriate comments about someone that my kids overheard when my husband was walking with them back to our table from the bathroom and my kids asked me what it meant. The staff member that took our order was quite rude when I was asking about allergies and alternatives.
When we arrived at the pub my kids and I found a table but most of the tables that were not occupied had crumbs or dirty dishes on them. I am disgusted and my family and I will not be coming back. The food was okay but not good enough to be treated as such. Not a kid friendly place and the staff working were horrible to myself and my family.
The staff also seemed to be confused about what they were doing and understaffed. It is not my or my families first time coming here and this is by far my worst experience coming here. Please talk to your bar staff about their behavior especially around my kids or leave the inappropriate comments out of public hearing.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid-friendly, the staff have no filters even in their place of work.

A place with a friendly atmosphere. Staff who are willing to chat with you whilst serving you. This makes me feel very welcome.
The food today was ordered at the bar. At the bar I explained exactly what I wanted and everything brought to the table freshly cooked and exceptionally nice. So well done. We'll be coming back soon and bringing friends with us.

Hired a room in the pub for a birthday. Very very good friendly service and were extremely warm and welcoming throughout.
