shocking store!!!! This store needs a massive shake me up....food that has less than 24hrs should be reduced....i have been using this store spending over £100 a week to recieve food also fruit and veg that has less than 24hrs to be used by....everytime i go into this store there is a million staff so why isnt this being done...sausages less than 24hrs left meals less than 24hrs and fruit & veg is the same....whoever is the operations over this store get it sorted and tell that manager and staff to get on the ball....never again will i EVER spend my money at this store!!! You get better from aldi and lidl and that really is saying something

We had lunch in the cafe. Staff were lovely, very helpful. Food was yummy, came out quickly, great jacket potatoes! Clean and tidy ??

Good place to park. I think there is limited time here though, not sure, might be 2 or 3 hours.
Shop is always clean, produce is good quality. Meat is too expensive for me, so I just buy when on special offer. Labelling was very bad a few weeks ago, but now it is a lot clearer when a product is reduced.
Staff are lovely here and most things are priced properly and the product is actually with the label, not like a lot of stores!! I did however move some aerial liquid as the larger product had a cheaper price and when you look at the small print, ( which people don't have time to do), they were in the wrong place! But I do understand that an odd mistake can be made.
If you have a waitrose card, and I add, you Must have an email address to get one, a customer of mine has shopped for years here and he cannot have one, he is 91 and does not want to have an email address, so I wrote to Waitrose and they gave him a £10 voucher as compensation! But said he cannot have a card. I might add, Tesco will give you a card and send coupons to your home address, so it's your choice lol.

Friendly staff, clean store, and easy access for wheelchair uses by using the ramp leading from the car park. Small store with a good selection of fresh and non fresh produce, used the free hot drinks machine to take away using my Waitrose membership card/ app. Hopefully I shall get chance to visit the store again soon.

Probably one of the best shopping places ahead of Sainsbury's and Tesco superstores - but a little expensive compared to Aldi etc
