I have visited this store 3 times this week hope to speak to someone, but every time only one member of staff has been a there and there have been people waiting. I waited for a bit half an hour today, I asked the lady who was serving if she was the only staff member available and she said yes at the moment. I went back again about 2 hours later and she was still the only member of staff.I walked around the corner to EE and got served right away. There were 5 staff in the shop and it was busy with other customers. I have a price off them to move 5 mobile over to them for my business..... It may be bye bye to Vodafone i think...along with broadband and phone line... Vodafone used to be excellent but over the years has simply got worse and worse not only the shops but the service generally provided. I used to be able to get a signal almost anywhere but it's got worse.I wouldn't mind so much if the.oroce of the service was cheaper. But because they are expensive and at the top end. I pay for reliability and not mistakes.. if I want this kind of service should go to Tesco mobile or another 3rd party provider and get the same service. Get your act together Vodafone you are very expensive for a poor service.

Really really slow computers responses. NOT a good advert for their high speed broadband. Staff seemed knowledgeable and were helpful but the Vodafone system really really needs bringing up to date!!!Rated it 4 stars as staff are good but make sure you allow lots of time for a visit!

Visited Vodafone, Northwich store today to sort my broadband order issue and the staff were really helpful. Smart and efficient people over there.
