I have just bought a house through Vincent James and I wanted to say that James was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. From my initial viewing through to completion nothing was too much trouble. I knew I?d have to change the bathroom in my new home and wanted the fitter to get access to assess what I needed and to take measurements etc to avoid too much delay on fixing a start date for the work! James was so accommodating and despite him having a very busy schedule he always managed to find time to allow this to happen. He?s also a true gentleman!If I were ever to sell my house I wouldn?t go anywhere else!

We used Vincent James for our first time house purchase. Have to say the service was amazing and Alex Dunn was the best estate agent I have ever spoken to hands down. He not only guided us through every step of the process, but he kept us informed at all points too. Not a typical corpo estate agents, would highly recommend.

Vincent James valued our property for sale and we really liked the company approach. Therefore from the three companies we invited to value the property we decided to use them. We were not disappointed. The process was seamless and went like clockwork. Photographs were excellent and showed the house to its full potential. Once live we quickly had a number of viewers lined up. However, following first viewing we had a firm offer within half an hour. We were delighted. The whole team at the company are so professional, supportive and most importantly, have a great sense of humour too! Would highly recommend. Many thanks to a great team ?
