Ordered a tap to collect on my way back through to last job arrived at 17:59 shutter on its way down knocked on door clearly heard me knock as stopped shutter but then decided to carry on shutting it on me despite me continuing to knock. Would have taken 2 seconds to grab the tap I ordered as it was paid for and ready to collect. Clearly couldn?t be arsed going out of their way. Won?t be coming again after this. Will get tap refunded.

I?ve used Toolstation many many times and always had good service, however today I ordered 3 Pinkgrip solvent free white on click and collect. Collected items from store. When I got home I cut the end off the tube and found it was pink and contained solvent, didn?t do my coving any good! I took the tubes back ( a 6 mile 40 minute round trip in heavy traffic) They were happy to replace the two unopened tubes they had wrongly supplied but not the opened tube! I explained that it was Toolstation?s fault not mine but they were adamant it was company policy not replace opened items even if they supplied them wrongly. How to upset a good customer for the sake of £3.99. Well done Toolstation!

I wanted some square 65mm gutter brackets and bends today. I tried two other places but none in stock on a "bank holiday" !!!!!!!
But tool station had them in stock at Northwich. Thankyou toolstation Northwich
for saving the DIY day.

Great instore customer service (Tara/Chloe I think), I had an issue with an led pir light, went back to the store and the staff where really helpful, Changed the unit for another one without any problems..

I had a great visit in Tool Station today. They have a lovely little gesture to customers with some reading glasses available!I was served really quickly and the lady who served me was chatty and when the item I wanted wasn?t in stock, she offered me an alternative straight away!
