Wonderful staff, cannot thank them enough. visited the store 4/12/22 before going to see the Harry Potter light show. My grandson purchased an item and left his mobile there. Due to early closing on Sunday we didn't make it back to the store in time to check if it was there.
First thing Monday I phoned the shop to be told it was there and they would send it to me at no cost to myself.
It came today and I had a very happy grandson who was made up to have his phone back, the staff had put a note in the box telling him to be careful in the future and had put gifts for him , Harry Potter items. A big thankyou to all the staff. You really are simply the best.

Good selection of books, toys, games and crafts for all ages at very reasonable prices.Love the cooking books including many different dietary choices including weight loss, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.Now have 10 cards for a pound section too!!!
