worst subway ever, rude staff, 6 inch was more like 3inch (I actually witnessed the member of staff take a pre-cut 6 inch and cut a few extra inches off. we ordered 3 6inch subs which they tried charging us £25 until we mentioned the price and that it was wrong then they recalculated it to £12 - worst Subway I have ever been to.

Appalling behaviour.
I do want to clear that my service was fine however the behaviour of the staff towards the customer before me was appalling.
Implying she was a be-atch- she wasnt, she was confused by the situation. Especially as the member of staff serving was unclear and the staff member on their lunch shouting across to her was making the situation unclear.
Then the member of staff on their lunch break who was instructing a younger trainee told her?when customers are being difficult just screw up the receipt and throw it away, when they ask. ?
I felt sorry for both the customer in front of me and the trainee who was clearly embarrassed the actions of this more senior staff member.

Terrible service from the older lady working in subway this afternoon - she not only was argumentative to her poor colleague in front of us without cause. When her colleague tried to ask if we wanted to add cookies or drinks to our order the older woman cut her off and scolded her for using the wrong name for a sandwich - in front of the customer?! We did in fact want drinks but I wanted to limit exposure of aggression in front of my child so chose to just proceed to pay and not anger her further by asking for additional items.
Unfortunately that wasn?t the only situation. She then also very rude with me in front of my child when she aggressively tried to tell me my master card supplied by coutts bank (the oldest bank in the uk that is used by royal family) isn?t accepted by the card machine. Even when I tried the NatWest card I had that also failed multiple she couldn?t acknowledge there could be an issue with the card machine. Eventually one of the cards worked. Rather than apologising for the inconvenience she was out right rude. As we were leaving her other colleague said we have just had a new card machine maybe it?s that.
I couldn?t believe the terrible level of service. Not a single smile, thank you or please used at all. I have no idea why she wants to work in customer service when she clearly hates customers for no reason! She was that bad that my 8 year old child actually asked why that lady was so nasty when we left.
This is not a reflection of her younger colleague that made our sandwich - she was lovely and very helpful.

Used to love sunway. However they've obviously changed their recipes l. Really disappointed with the new rolls, which are about an inch thinner in width so ingredients spills out. We had meatballs which again has changed and they're now taste a bit strange. Not like they used to. Nice store and staff but they food was poor
