We were lucky to find a property that was being sold through Storeys . I cannot recommend this company enough, and if in the future, we were to sell, then Storeys would be the estate agent we would use for sure.From expressing our interest in one of their properties to completion date the customer service was exceptional. There was always somebody available to deal with any queries, anytime and any day. The staff were all very conscientious, professional and knowledgeable on the properties we were viewing. I would personally like to thank Aiden and Michelle who were both amazing and are a real asset to Storeys .

A highly professional service from beginning the sales process, through to completion and beyond. The staff at Storey?s were all very helpful and guided us through each step. Always on hand to answer any questions and support us. The staging and marketing of our home was amazing. This really captured the property at it?s best and it?s history. The team were always on hand to follow-up any queries and guide the process through to our completion date. Having had dealings with all the local agents recently when moving house I can say with confidence that Storeys stand out in terms of quality and professionalism. From initial consultation through to completion, the whole team work hard to make the selling journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their marketing is quite rightly their trademark, with great attention to detail given in showing your property at its best, but where they really excelled was in progressing the sale to completion once an offer was accepted. They keep tabs on vendors, purchasers, solicitors and agents several steps down the chain to ensure everything is in order, and any potential problems are spotted early. And you?re constantly kept in the loop. Thoroughly recommended!

I have used Storeys as both a purchaser and vendor and the whole team are experts in their field who also demonstrate that they genuinely care. They strive to deliver their best service every step of the way. For example, there was a query over insulation on the house I was purchasing and Ian went into the loft to take pictures for me. They welcome feedback and act on it quickly to make you as the client reassured that they?re doing everything they can to help you sell the house. Selling your house can be quite a stressful experience. Choosing the right estate agent is important and because of the professional photographs and type of house on Storeys of Cheshire website we decided to go with them. The market has changed from how it was last year due to financial uncertainty and the Winter is never a good time to show your house in its best light if your garden is a major component but we decided to do just that!. Phil came to see us the teams negotiator and straight away we took to him and knew we were in safe hands. Phil would not just negotiate the sale of our house but also the house we would eventually buy. Phil negotiates from a professional aspect and not with his heart as so many of us would do. From then on everything was taken out of our hands. Ian brought staff in who staged our home even moving furniture around in order to get the best photographs of the house and garden, he even hoovered up afterwards!! One of the lovely things about Storeys is the personal touch. Team storeys have a WhatsApp group so at any time of the day or night you can post a question and know you will get an answer back from the relevant member of the team. The team care very much about their clients, we have received so many personal messages of support and help. They have gone above and beyond for us and we cannot praise them enough. We got married very recently and the team sent us a lovely card along with a very personal gift which will take pride of place in our new home. All the staff have been amazing and so helpful we are delighted we chose them. We are regularly kept informed of progress and the team work with us, taking into account our wishes and being respectful of what works for us regarding viewings especially. We feel we are more than just clients, we know we are being looked after because every member of the team is passionate about what they do and it shows. Storeys really care about their clients whether you are selling a £500k home or a £5m home the service is exactly the same. We would highly recommend them.

We bought a house through Storeys late last year and they were excellent. We really couldn't fault them - nothing was ever too much trouble - from first viewing to completion.The WhatsApp group and Sales Progressor really make such a huge difference and we were always supplied with all the information we required. The attention to detail was so impressive - down to the information which was left for us when we moved in - everything had been thought of.We cannot thank Ian and the team enough and whole heartedly recommend Storeys.
