I was having issues with my left eye very soon after by bi-annual tests, Specsavers did a thorough check of my eyes, repeating all the test they could do in order to diagnose my problem. They gave me clear to understand explanation of the issue, they were professional, courteous and reassuring. I would highly recommend them as an opticians.

Terrible service , no one seemed to know what was going on and hence they lost a £600 sale.
My husband saw some frames online on the specsavers website and called the store to book an eye test and ask if the frames were in the shop for him to try. The shop said yes they were but when we arrived they weren't. Then they said they would order them in but never did and never got back to him. We went somewhere else and spent our £600 elsewhere ... they lost!
In answer to your reply below...
All you need to do is check the surname ! You have our number. I am not chasing you to but things right for you , you don't need me to help you look into it if that's what you really want to do so it doesn't happen to another potentional customer who like us will turn up to your store and be let down by the service.
My husband had his eye test at the store but we went to a different store for the frames and lenses. Your store has never got back to us re the frames they said they would order...!!!!

Went to specsavers because I just thought I needed new bins, booked online which was easy and went for the full eye test including this new machine they have. Turns out I have cataracts, the optician was very thorough and explained everything even went back a couple of days later for the eye drops and couldn't drive plus another full eye examination because he wanted to make sure nothing else was going on. Very impressed with northwich staff and eye doc, would highly recommend.

Specsavers always offer a high efficient and friendly service. I went in recently to make an appointment for my right eye. I was experiencing a slight clouding in the eye which would cause a strain in my vision on that right side. Upon explaining my problem, the assistant immediately set me down and prepared an application for me to see the optometrist right away. Explaining that I had another appointment and had limited time that day, they booked me in for the next available appointment. The optometrist was very thorough. Gave me a complete eye examination and explained to me her findings. I was very satisfied with the quality of the test and the highly professional service. I would recommend Specsavers to anyone.

Very poor service for my wife. She had problems with left lens after eye test and buying new glasses.
Returned to have lens replaced. Service wasn't helpful. Didn't care. They said it was normal.
