Previously had good experiences but went in today and a member of staff was so rude to both myself and the customer before me, that I've contacted Shell directly to raise this. I'm still frankly sat here thinking - did that just happen?

Today, I bought some meals here,including the two Lime Coke,the price of ANY Two Coke was £3. But,finally, it was £3.25,then I told a staff member in the cashier and he said the machine showed £3.25.
