Simon the Manager of the store was a massive help to me, he talked over different kind of solutions in relation to plumbing and found the cheapest cost fix. Explained step by step, provided tips and all product options I would need. Thank you saved me calling a plumber

Screwfix had everything I wanted for the job I had to do, but what is really amazing is I use the app to let them know I'm at the store to collect and its at the counter ready for me as I go into the store. I love it, no waiting, no issues. I'm in and out in seconds, not even minutes. Well done Northwich.

I have been to this place many times but yesterday there were a old women with dark hair and she said to me u come to the store to many time we can't find the things ur looking for , if u can help ur customers then stay home because your to lazy to work or u don't want help your customers I'm very desppointed of this place rude staff they don't sell stuf just stand there talking instead of selling if I was a manager or owner of the business I would sack everyone and find reliable staff to work who deserve , who ever go tho this place be careful with old dark hair women she has no clue what so ever ?

Been many times to collect items from this store with no problems. The store now has a new automated service to check in your order.This lack of customer interaction unfortunately allows staff to be rude to their customers with no consequence.I will shop elsewhere and continue to and spread the word of my bad experience that left me shocked this was acceptable behaviour.First bad review I have ever posted on internet but felt strongly about this

Jobsworth doesn't cover it, I've dealt with plumbfix since they started and heyve generally been brilliant.. However Northwich is another story..I've never been so insulted!!!Thanks for a great experience, NOT. I won't be coming back
