After a bad experience with Purple Bricks where I wasted 4 months, I contacted Josh at Royal Fox. If you are selling or buying, go straight to Josh and Nigel at Royal Fox. What a difference in customer experience. First class, approachable and updated me regularly on viewings and feedbacks. Don't make the mistake I made. House sold, quickly efficiently with Royal Fox and cannot recommend them highly enough. Good price, well worth it. Don't be fooled by the other so called free agents, they offer nothing but an over inflated valuation, and very little or no customer service or feedback whatsoever. Thanks Josh and Nigel

I bought my first house using Royal Fox and I had a really good experience. Mainly dealt with Josh, however had a few calls with Nigel too. They were both very approachable and professional. Josh had a lot of patience and a calm approach when the stress kicked in. He would guide and reassure whilst remaining transparent about the process and any deadlines. Stayed on top of the game, communicating with all parties as required in a timely manner. I only have good things to say about my experience using their services.

If you?re looking for an estate agent in the Northwich area, go to Royal Fox, it's that simple.I doubt there is a better estate agency in Northwich. Nigel and the team were fantastic throughout the sale of our property. The sale wasn't without its challenges and Steph did an amazing job of keeping us informed and managing our stress levels.I genuinely don?t believe our sale would have completed had we used another agency.

In what was not the most straightforward of sales Nigel,Josh and Stephanie offered invaluable support. They were friendly and professional throughout the prolonged process and really knew their onions.
