The reception staff were so helpful and understanding ,made early check in available .
But more outstanding was from.the Blue Cap pub , the Chef and manager (I'm sorry iv forgotten her name ) came to my rescue when I found I have a flat / defunct car,battery, they jump started and got me on my way , what a wonderful caring couple they were , I am so grateful for all their help
I would say an amazing experience at the Premier, please book I would def recommend

Stayed here on a cycling holiday and was able to store our bikes securely. Lovely pub next door where the breakfast is delivered.

Had a great stay at the Northwich (Sandiway) hotel in June this year when going to a concert in Delamere Forest. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and helped with our luggage. Special thanks to Bridgett who was an absolute star!

Really enjoyed our stay with you. Spacious and clean room. Very quiet at night even though near a main road. Friendly staff on Reception and in the restaurant. Plenty of choice for breakfast. I'm sure we will come again.

Room was actually fine, the restaurant has really great hard working people but.... the sirloin that I've tried, let's say that, don't go for the most expensive that they have, the menu mentioned 8oz 30 day aged steak and bla bla.... aged in a freezer maybe, poor chefs trying to make something tasteful and he did try but either lower the prices and change the advertisements or better the quality of meat served and a well replenish plate for the even kinda low price.
Maybe that's why it was empty.
I paid my bill anyway, this is what the ceo probably wants to know... but have in mind that's not lasting if you do don't improve

One of the smaller Premier inns but none the less just has good. Location was great for what we did over 4 days in the area.
Clean, friendly staff. Food in the pub next door was excellent.

Exceptional customer service from the staff Bridget and Jordan at this Premier Inn. I was a guest in June, had a good stay in this pleasant hotel but had a problem whilst leaving the hotel on my way to an important occasion. The team could have left me to deal with it, but goodness me they stepped in (they didn?t have to) and really helped me out of a proper predicament. The lengths they went to were remarkable really. I?ve never had such exceptional customer service. The hotel is absolutely fine - everything you?d expect from the ever reliable Premier Inn - and the staff were bloody brilliant.

Not impressed at all. Room and especially bathroom were very dilapidated. This place is in need of a total refurbishment. There is no excuse for black mould in ANY hotel bathrooms given the cleaning products available on the market. Please see photos.
We reported on arrival that the toilet did not flush properly and were basically told by the receptionist that there was nothing wrong with it. The following morning the toilet had totally given up and would not flush at all.
Breakfast at the pub next door, The Blue Cap was the worse breakfast we had experienced. The plate was awash with grease and the food not edible. There were no plates for toast and no glasses for juice. We would not recommend anybody to eat here. Again in need of a total facelift or at least a good clean.
We will not be staying at Premier inn again. There are much, much nicer hotels for a better price.
On a positive note the bed was very comfortable but that?s where the positivity ends.

Had another fabulous 3 night stay for business purposes. Sarah, Mary and Gwyneth were all once again friendly and extremely informative about the hotel. Could not fault them or the hotel in any way. It?s a budget hotel with excellent staff.
