Reserved a too good to go bag today collection time was 15.15 to 15.30 arrived at 15.13 and store was closed sign on door says store closes at 15.00 but good to go collections 15.15 to 15.30
Lady coming out of store locking up said all bags been collected when we asked.
We bumped into someone collection from same store but again closed
Update you good to go app instead of wasting peoples time and fuel coming to collect and not able to complete

Folk say you get what you pay for, well in the case of poundbakery you so much more. Proper value for money, and let?s face it that?s what we all need with 2 Tier Kier bleeding us dry.

Visited here for a magic bag and dealt with by the older lady behind the counter that has worked there for years all sorted on the app but a younger lady undermined her by double checking she did it right .This isn't the first time I have seen this pound bakery northwich. When I ordered a sandwich again served by the older lady undermined again and being told what to do in front of customer.The older lady seems to be the only one doing it all.Let her get on with it as she must be doing something right she's was there when it was Anne's bakery
